O fim de semana do San Diego Comic-Con não poderia ser completo se não houvesse a premiação do Will Eisner Awards 2010. São trinta categorias, contando com o Hall da Fama, que teve incluído Dick Giordano, que veio a falecer este ano.
Entre os destaques está o trabalho de David Mazzucchelli na revista Asterios Polyp para a editora Pantheon, que ganhou três dos quatro prêmios que concorreu (Melhor álbum gráfico – inédito, Melhor escritor/ilustrador e Melhor letreirização). Segue abaixo a lista dos ganhadores em cada categoria:
